Anonymization of the IP address
In order to enable you to use our website anonymously, we have deliberately refrained from logging IP addresses. Use of Google Analytics with IP-anonymization
This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this web site, Google will previously truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
As an alternative to the browser Add-on or within browsers on mobile devices you can use our Opt-Out Link. Please click on this link to opt-out from being tracked by Google Analytics within this website in the future (the opt-out applies only for the browser in which you set it and within this domain). An Opt-Out cookie will be saved on your devices. If you will delete your cookie in your browser, you have to click again on the Opt-Out link.
We also point out, that Google Analytics on this website has been expanded with a “gat._anonymizeIp();“ code, to ensure an anonymized acquisition of ip addresses (IP masking).
If you subscribe to our company’s newsletter, the data will be transmitted to the controller in the respective inpt mask.
When registering for the newsletter, the IP address of the user as well as the date and time of registration are saved. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or e-mail address of the person concerned. The data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception is when there is a legal obligation to pass on data.
The data will only be used for sending the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the person concerned at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter.
Use of social plugins
For data protection purposes, we have deliberately decided against using plug-ins of social networks. Therefore, there will be no generally automatic transfer to social networks as Facebook, XING or LinkedIn for example by accessing our website. Instead HME provides a hyperlink to the requested social network.
The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (black letter f on white background or a thumb up icon), the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”, a XING logo (black letter x on white background) for the XING button, a YouTube logo or a white “in” on a white background for LinkedIn.
